develop a sip client that accept calls(repost)

I have a SIP phone number and I need an application to automate a phone procedure. Your application must connect to the SIP server and register the number. When user calls to the number, the machine will auto accept call and welcome the caller and then execute some commands. Find more information on the attached ZIP file. You can develop in any language you like, although I prefer Delphi. If you feel 50$ is not much, please write me with your proposal. Although I cannot give too much for this simply app (simply for a SIP expert). ## Deliverables Provide executable + source files
