We have a .dll file that was created by a worker who quit and destroyed all of the original source code. We grabbed the .dll file off of one of the other computers and need it disassembled so all work is not lost. We have tried some of the hex editors and disassemblers out there but it all looks like garbage to us. We need it to be converted to source code that we can use.
We will probably need to sign an NDA once you get started.
## Deliverables

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

Windows platform. The .dll was created with an older version of visual studio. The source code you deliver to us can be the newer .net platform though and can be either of the .net languages.
