dll driver interface for machine

Visual C++ 6.0 programmer experienced in using external libraries use to control a GUI program to manipulate Laser guide both visible and invisible. currently it? operates with USB Dongle. We will want to have our own dongle later on. This is a project that requires experienced people working with DLL? libraries since you are not going to have the actual equipment at your disposal. We will expect to get the compiled part? to? test. We will provide the actual GUI nice looking part and you can link to it so that we can test and confirm and reply to you or your team. The libraries have all the functions that we are requiring but we need to implement them. The libraries has been tested and have been able to communicate with the equipment but we need to develop this project and we have many technical requests that you must follow very precise such as calibration, saving settings,control of the laser
