project involved module like: event management, workflow, Zen, ChaosTool, Date&Time, Views, Webform etc.

We a newbie to Freelancer.hk.
This time we need the site to be done on Drupal 7 only, so please do not bid the project if you don't know how to tailor-make the Drupal site layout.
The application server will be on Window Server at our site, MSSQL server, IIS server on a VM.
We will provide development server, staging server, all on VM.
The project is involved a educational institute. Project duration around 8 - 12 weeks, depend on satisfaction.
This basic web-site revamp, include internet and intranet for login users. Only student, teaching staff and admin staff can be login.
1) Whole site will be re-write, with a new layout.
2) no data migrate required.
no online (e-commerce) payment process required.
3) Need to build work-flow - staff can put course contents, news, seminars, then approve by site-admin before publish.
4) Need to build event management - school will have many seminar for online registration.
5) The site will provide intranet for teaching staff, student, admin staffs for upload and download course materials.
6) advertisement management
7) search, keyword search, re-fine search, filter by cat. function
8) able to import data from xls file
9) able to export data to xls file
10) site management report download
11) file history retention and trace
12) calendar views for events
13) all coding and pages have to go through the HP fortify vulnerability test.
14) rss feed, facebook, twitter, weibao connection
15) user right management, application server also need to connect to windows active directory.
16) site maintenance management
