I have a web page where I link to a PDF file with a bunch of different courses. I am going to put the contents of the PDF into HTML/php instead so I need help making two new ”php template pages” based on the PDF.

Basically I want to add the table(s) that you see on page 7 and 8 PDF to the php to two different ”template pages”, one for the one column table, and one for the two table column. No rocket science.

The formatting needs to be put in an external CSS.

I need to add the table(s) to a page that looks like this [url removed, login to view]
