Build our website - Sell digital files (copy site provided)

We're looking to build a website. Digital content delivery service that allows users to sell their files with PayPal anywhere on the web. Very similar to- [login to view URL] [login to view URL] BASIC IDEA- 1. User uploads their digital content to our server. 2. Creates a link that redirects to PayPal for payment 2. On successful payment - their customers are redirected to a unique url to download the file. General features include -- User ability to sign up. -- Recurring membership subscription - 30 day free trial then can choose paid subscription (multiple levels) -- User ability to upload their digital content -- User ability to Pay online via PayPal -- User ability to get a unique url to download the file. -- Uploaded & downloaded file management -- Products page. -- Edit products. -- Ability to associate a single file with several products. -- Automatically generated buy buttons. -- Ability to sell products from anywhere on the web. -- Allow previous buyers to download updated files. -- Order management. -- Auto email responder and ability to edit template. Site Administration (Admin panel or similar) We'll need general site administration features including -- Auto email responders -- Means of managing users and subscription types for each registered user. We'll provide the Design. (see attached screenshots) Note- Login page / Register Page / Graphs etc. are not functioning. The design is an admin template that we'd like you to use as a base and build from there. It's built on bootstrap using HTML/CSS. We'll provide a detailed specification to the winning proposal OR on request..
