I'm interested in finding someone who can develop a website similar to wikihow. Using An opensource mediawiki written in php. It should be reprogrammed to have functionality similar to wikihow but for a specific targeted category. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The website will be hosted on Amazon web service. Make sure you are familiar with that as well. And please make sure you can program a working website. Currently the website is being designed by a designer. I Only have a mockup of the website functions. I have a link to my temporary design mockup but will only provide the link to the person I feel is capable of building the website and contact via message. I feel that it's important to ask lots of question so that why all misunderstanding can be cleared. I will be asking lots of question to a few bidders for screening. If that person is not knowledgeable enough, then I am sorry that I will not be selecting you. Make sure you don't over promise and under deliver because some individuals send reference of websites that they have develop but are unable to provide proof. If there is no bidder who I feel qualifies, then this project will be re posted.
