CAKE !.3 Php project to be completed

Hello my developer has fallen ill. I need to complete sucessfully a CAKE PHP 1.3 project. He says he has done 80% of the project. He can pass all his work. I have all the data to upload but the backend is not complete and has some bugs to be resolved. The front end is as follows. - intro page with 3 links to 3 mini sites ( the company has 3 production lines) - dedicated area ( same structure for all 3 areas. but obviously differente data to be loaded into admin) Banners-products ecc -news Homepage - catalogue - casestudy - applications - contact us i have 80-90 % complete but i need to kill this project asap.
