CMS Made Simple - Set up Site

I want a CMS Made Simple based site set up with a style sheet / colour scheme as described below, the banner put into place and the lay out as described.
If you have not used CMS Made simple before - please dont bid.
The site will be set up on an Ubuntu Box (clean install of the OS by myself) with the CMS Made Simple (CMSMS) pre-requisites installed by myself. It is a straight forward, default CMSMSinstallation. Access via SSH. phpMyAdmin can be set up too. other access - just ask.
All that is required is for the person who wins this project to get it looking as shown in the attached template by creating / altering the CMSMS and putting the main banner and components in place.
No content needs to be added, we are just looking for someone to set up the colour scheme and initial template set up
The attached zip file showas the layout we wish to see. We can provide the bottom bar, top logo, side bar etc as graphics.
The zip file also has a list of colours (RGB format) to be used in the web site that will be incorporated in the css file controlling the web site.
No canned / copy pasted responses please as I dont accept them. Let me know you have read this specification by providing a link to at lease one CMS Made Simple site you have worked on.

Hi, I have received a number of replies for the CMS Made Simple project I have posted. Only one person has indicated they have worked with CMS Made Simple, and a number of people are expecting me to contact them with more specifications. The job is straight forward. I set up a blank CMS Made Simple Site on a dev box. I provide graphics and a list of RGB colours for headers, footers, menus etc. The winner of the project changes a template or creates a template that makes the colours and page layout as expected. CMS Made simple has CSS internally to control layout so in reality this is just a CSS layout creation for a CMS Made Simple Site. If you have any specific questions please ask. Please also indicate if you have CMS Made simple experience. Regards Shane
