This is a very simple project and should take less than 30 minutes to complete. A site running on Drupal 6.14, using the Arthemia theme (version: 6.x-1.1), requires a new block region created above comments area (below content and below links (taxonomy links etc.). Theme files: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. will be provided to you to make required customisations. CSS customisations and tweaks will be required to ensure everything looks good.
