Affiliate system for Reverse Bidding System

Hello, I am looking for someone who can develop affiliate system for RBS [login to view URL] I would like to cooperate with person who already know this system and is familiar with CodeIgnition framework. It should be quite simple: 1) when the new user is registered from affiliate link in database connection between new user and existing user is added 2) when the fee is taken from user by portal additional percentege of fee is taken directed to affilate user 3) affiliate link and page should be visible in panel of buyer and freelancer Thank you and waiting for your offers.
