Access database for several clients and several forms for each client

I am trying to make a process for documenting client networks. I wound up developing several word docs, setting up fields and locking the document. You can hand write in the docs or type it into the fields. So now I have several master docs - [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. and a set for each client. I named thiose [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. It gets unweildy. So it dawned on me that this is really a database? I have access, but have barely used it. I think it boils down to: I need to have you create the backend accecss database to allow me to enter data in pre-existing word docs (I want to keep these word docs? because I spent so much time laying out the tables / fields, etc). so I can select a client from a pull down list? (or choose new) and then the doc I want to work on. I should be able to enter data in the form, save it and call it back up later. Some things, like client name in forms would be pre-filled. data saved, etc. should also be in there. ## Deliverables What I am looking to get is a working example of this concept - a database with, say 2 - 3 forms and maybe 3 - 4 fields in each. Once I have that, then I'll customize the database / forms the way I need them.... I'll be constantly adding / tweaking forms and fields. I am not looking for you to do all that.
