Convert an existing website from English to Multi-lingual

I have an existing HTML website with about 20 pages that I want converted from English to Multi-lingual. The languages that I need supported are? Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, Russian and maybe a couple more. I will provide the exact list of languages before we finalize the job. Provide a drop-down for the supported languages on the main page, and if possible on all the pages, so that the user can select their language. In addition to this, provide a feature that when a visitor opens the website, it detects their geographical region, gets the local language for that region, and then opens the homepage of that local language by default. For example, if a visitor from Japan opens the website, open it in Japanese language. You will also be responsible for converting all the text-content into the supported languages. All the text content of different languages will be tested for? correctness before closing the project. I would like to get an estimate of cost and time on "per language" basis, so that we may finalize how many language we can go with for now. I am looking for a good quality job.
