DATA ENTRY DATABASE NEEDED(repost)

I need a database created from the available online information on the following website: <[login to view URL]> Once on the website you will see “BIS MENU??. Click on ??B - Skilled Trades Licensees / General Contractors Search??. On the next page next go to “2 Business Name?? input “2?? manually and the with the click drop down menu choose “ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR FIRM??. This will bring up a list of three companies. Click the underlined company “280 E198 [login to view URL] KING ELEC??. Once in there you will find the data I need. I need a DBF file with the following columns containing information of this page: 1. BUSINESS (business name) 2. STREET (not entire address, just street) 3. ZIP CODE (five digit zip code from address) 4. GEN LIABILITY Expiration Date 5. GEN LIABILITY Company ***ATTACHED ZIP FILE IS WHAT THE 1ST LINE OF THE DATABASE SHOULD LOOK LIKE SO THERE IS NOT CONFUSION*** This is needed for all the numbers 1-9 (just used “2?? as an example) and all the letters of the alphabet A-Z however each letter must be entered A then AA then AB, AC, AD, AE ect (will explain more). Once master file is created I will need 12 individual files which will be sorted by Expiration Date order. ***I AM ONLY WANT ACTIVE ENTRIES*** That’s basically it. It may sound very complex however is very easy as long as you understand and can cut and paste. There is no typing even involved just cutting and pasting to a DBF file. Please see the attached.
