Data Access form #2

This is the second of 5 data access forms we are going to request. The first one was complete and is very similar to this one requested. All code for the first one will be provided and can be used in the implementation of this second data access form. Given an excel spreadsheet with approx 30 fields, modify the VB module necessary to, "Add, (Search & Get), Modify, Delete" data in an access database. It is important to realize that (Add and Modify) are 2 distinct operations and cannot be combined. All VB will be provided but will need to be modified for this new form. The Excel spreadsheet will be provided (nothing complicated). Data from the excel spreadsheet to be transferred to the access database (approx 150 records) Modules to be accessed through Macro buttons on the spreadsheet (4). All fields on the spreadsheet are to be **NAMED** (not accessed by row-column) The VB is to remain open, not compiled, for future modifications. The access database must be multi-user and have record locking. It would be nice if the access database could be the same as the first one created but not necessary. The VB code to modify recognizes record locking and notifies users. The access database to have one key-field similar to the one previously created. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform VBA, Win98, Win 2000
