Decode BitTorrent scrape data

I need someone to decode a BitTorrent tracker scrape for me, this includes decode "bencoded" data providing me the following in an array: complete, downloaded, incomplete, hash and name here is a reference: [login to view URL] Please find attached the data. This needs to be done in PHP and print out an array later with all the torrents and their data such as complete, downloaded, incomplete, hash and name Please do not bid on this unless you can do this. The data is a dummy data I will need the script, I need you to first of all prove you can decode the data and then I will award, Please make sure you can do this before I award. I need this done ASAP
