Adding Modifications to 3 Membership Websites ASAP

After accepting the NDA (filling out top of page 1 and signing page 3 of the NDA), Coder/Developer will need to do the following to the signup page and the member's edit profile page in each of our three membership websites (we are using the osdate script version 3.5): 1. Delete selections from drop down menus where it says "I am a:" Man/Woman/Couple/Group. We only need the Man/Woman selections. Likewise, where it says "loking for a:" Man/Woman/Couple/Group/Man-Woman/Any Gender. We need the following Woman/Man. This work will need to function in English as well as in our other 11 languages. 2. Birthday selection: Our current birthdate entries allow for people under 18 to sign up. This needs to be modified so that no one under 18 can sign up to either one of our websites. Minors should see a pop up window letting them know that they need to be at least 18 in order to apply. This work will need to function in English as well as in our other 11 languages. 3. We need to add drop down menus to "State/Province" and "City/Locality" (we DO NOT need to do that to "County/District"). We do not want applicants to enter this information manually. This work will need to function in English as well as in our other 11 languages. 4. A sentence needs to be added in each non English signup page (11 pages in ONLY ONE of our websites) and a new item as well in the signup and member profile edit pages. We will provide the sentence and item already translated in each language. 5. The Coder/Developer will install an Email Match Alert item that reads "Email me when a new match is found" with a default Yes already checked and a No unchecked next to the item, meaning the person wants to be emailed when a matching person signs up to our website, but who can check the No selection if he/she does not want to receive match alert emails. The matching criteria is going to be based on gender looking for opposite sex gender or friend and the preferred age range selected by members. Add this same email match alert item to the member's edit profile page. This work will need to function in English as well as in our other 11 languages. We will provide the Coder/Developer with the item translated into the other languages. 6. Last, a non-related to the signup or member's edit pages, since our hosting server allows video and our dating script allows video uploading, we want the Coder/Developer to enable this function. We intend to limit this service to our paying members from our site's admin panel.
