Auto Craigslist Posting Program

Hi, I started to write a auto-posting application in Borland Delphi 6.0 to automatically post ads to Craigslist at surton dates/times and in surton countries, cities, categories etc. The user can just setup the ads that need to be posted and the program post and publish the ads. Afterwards the user can see a report to see which ads are successfully posted/published and who failed. I'm about 30% done with the project but because of too much on my plate I'm unable to complete this program within the desire time frame. This is a application that will be use by us by an employee of mine so doesn't need to be fancy with alot of graphics etc... As long as its simple etc. Once I've selected a coder I will send him/her the existing source-code. I will also work with the coder so you will work with me to complete this application but I'll only do about 20% of the work. Only serious coders please, the deadline is tight.
