Collections Database

Need a Windows based collections database with multiple reports generated, both in batch mode and selectively. 1) The program needs to import an excell spreadsheet - leaving the spreadsheet in it's original form. 2) Any unique collections numbers (new clients) need to have an internal number assigned automatically. 3) Need to be able to import information into Quickbooks Pro 2001. 4) Would like a report writer type package included, but not necessary requirement, as long as all reports listed are included. Attached is a 17 page document giving examples of what I want/need. Including web sites for examples/ideas. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask!!! Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Deadline information Must be written in Delphi 3 or higher. Would like the work to be completed by 3/1/2002, but I know that this is may be a lot to ask, so it can take longer, just not too long.
