ASP/VBScript Photo Gallery tweaks

I am installing a handy little script called Online Photo Catalog VBScript v2.3, an open source script that can be found at <[login to view URL]>. Please check this out before bidding on this project, because what I'm asking for will make more sense, then. The script creates an online photo album in VBScript. It resides in a folder, and the photos reside in subfolders under an "images" folder. The script names the categories on screen by taking the name of these subfolders, and it allows comments to be left by users that it writes into .txt and .xml files. Good so far. I want to modify BUT NOT DRAMATICALLY CHANGE the existing script to do the following things: Allow for the photo categories to take their name from a text file and not from a folder name, but still be associated with that folder -- in other words, all the images associated with your ski trip might be placed under the folder named "Ski Trip", and so that category is what automatically appears on the album page. Instead, I'd like to have a .txt file so that instead of the script creating a "Ski Trip" category, it creates something like: BIG SKI TRIP! November 15-18, 2004 Click here for the photos! Where the last line, obviously, would be the link. Look at the script, and if this is something you can do, and do quickly, bid on it. Don't try to sell me another photo album, I'm locked into this one. And, of course, it needs to be done yesterday. =+) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
