ASP Web Based Forum to Fix !!

I have a Web Based Forum that has a handfull of issues that do not work. 1. For instance, I am not able to EDIT someones profile to change any item about them. For some reason, although it says that it saved the new profile, when I go back to look at it, it is still the same as before. 2. There is a place where users can post a Resource or link to an outside site to help the other with this info. I as Admin can see this info that I post, but when another user tries to go there, they do not see these links. 3. There is one user that I know of that can not see a certain link that myself and others members can see. I've looked at his browser to see if it was diff, and we're using the same ver. I've also logged in with his user info and I can see the link myself. 4. under the Client entry for banner ads, it seems to mix some numbers as far as Client number and banner #, at least it did once, this happened when I went in and tried to edit the Client info one time, Now I've been just deleteing them ans starting from scratch. I would also need some minor html changes to make the site a little easier to navigate. Basically some links placed to go directly to certain pages with the Site. The Whole Site is 23 megs. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
