Greetings Coders, I am in need of an email management system with features similar to aweber(dot)com Also an admin interface to view all members, contact members, viewing billing which will be recurring billing through paypal, etc. I also need to add audio capabilities, such as giving members the ability to add recorded MP3 audio clips to there outgoing emails, that can be used for sales messages, etc. And give the end user the option to play, stop and pause the audio. Keep in mind that this will be a service that is billed monthly, and we need to be able to handle a large amount of users. I will also need the end product installed on an existing dedicated server. Just a note: I am really looking for a coder to work with long term, we have many other projects to get out the door. Upon satisfactory completion of this project at a fair price, we will begin other projects immediately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
