Access 2007 Database

Access Database? 2007 required? handle the storage of candidates, course, cost, attendee and result information The system also needs to include a mail merge system to microsoft word, for sending course information. A sample letter is attached, we would also like this to be able to be email in outlook as an attachment if required. The system should also be able to select a mail-shot of people and produce the required outlook email. I will include a flat-file of data to the successful bidder that can be used. I have included an example row of data for you all to view. I have also included the functionality required in a text file. There is a possibility that this database will grow in functionality ... including the possibility of placing it online (convert the tables to MySQL and use PHP). So there is the potential for more work in the future. Initially I am just after the access version. ## Deliverables Please see attached requirements and samples
