Access database for querying invoices
$30-5000 USD
Paid on delivery
Homework assignment
I have created an Access Database showing the orders for different projects within a company. There are three basic tables (Supplier, Order, Company Project).
Part 1
The information is imported into the spreadsheet from Excel. I want a function to automate this using a user interface. As a part of this any unmatched records need to be removed, i.e any suppliers with no orders, or projects with no suppliers (I think this is required to enforce referential integrity)
Part 2
I have created a number of reports which display the information I require. I wish to enable the user to decide how many records they wish to see using a input box. This is okay for the reports running off simple queries, however slightly more complicated for the reports running off complex queries.
I also wish to have the option to select in the input boxes the following info:
year, supplier or Sub-contractor, project, client
Thanks
Helen

4)The coder should create an interface for the database. The components of the interface shall include but not be limited to importing the data, viewing the reports, printing the reports.

Once the system has passed all the acceptance testing the system will be accepted and payment made.
6) If after acceptance of the system there is an fault then the Seller is responsible for remedying that fault within a reasonable period of time.
