Add banner to HTML

I need a banner added to my website at: [[login to view URL]][1] I need it to be added to the left hand side overlapping the green overlay. Let me Clarify. I already have the banners and its HTML code. I DO NOT need a banner created from scratch. I simply just need them placed on the index page. Thats it.
