Adsense expert help

I run a friendship community that generates thousands of page views on a daily basis, unfortenately my adsense ads don't do very well (Page CTR 0.15% on a daily basis)? and I need a google adsense expert? who can? evaluate the site and can help improve? the ad performance, please only make a bid if your sure you can help.
