C# 2.0 Application - Card game

I need a developer who can develop a simple card game, with a gui like Microsoft Hearts. The card game is a game consistent of 6 rounds played by different rules. Success based on the following criteria 1) Implement a graphical view for 4 players, where 3(computers) have the card face down and 1 player (human) have the face up. (like MS Hearts) 2) create a shuffle algorithm, divide the cards out to each play and keep track of each players cards, round 1 to 5 is like MS hearts where all cards are thrown into the middle of the table. round 6 is a qabbalah and should be explained after the bid or in private. 3) Create card draw and drop animations 4) Create Game where 3 API's can play the game with 1 human player out from rules from each of the 6 rounds. 5) Keep score records throughout the game. all graphics for the game is there, just need some to develop the api, game animation ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
