Auction site

We need an auction site developed. The site will have all the same features that usual auction sofware has. The key features are: * The buyers can buy products on auction price, or on "Buy now" price. There can be a reserved account. * 1shoppingcart ([login to view URL]) and PayPal separatly integrated. * With every purchase buyers pay some specific amount to our account. Which is the item price and the amount we set for the category, the item is in. We have to be able to set different price for each category. * There will be a membership fee paid once a year. To those who register first 97 days it will be smaller then to others * Buyers pay for items to our account. And we payout to the item's owners in next 3 days. These are only key features that we specified here, please fill free to ask us any other questions. Thanks for your attention. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
