Autofill software

This is a simple project for a programmer who knows what they're doing. I need two pieces of similar software that print letters and envelopes. The first mail-merge a list of names and addresses into a letter that appears to be handwritten on lined paper. Both pieces of software will have three steps: 1. Locate CSV file. 2. Merge 3. Print letters (or envelopes) Details: * The text/font cannot appear in any way to be a "handwriting font" (ie. many repeated identical letters and numbers and abnormal neatness.) * The text should be not be cursive. * The text need not be perfect, but should be legible and neat. * The letters will all be identical with the exception of the name and address on the letter. In other words, the content of all the letters that this software will produce will be identical except for name and address. * There must be lines printed as part of the background. These lines should be lighter than the text to maintain the handwritten appearance. * It must produce a high quality letter that appears to have been handwritten. * The software should also include an option to print "notebook paper" lines on a blank sheet of paper. The second will mail-merge a list of names and addresses to be printed on envelopes that appear to be handwritten using the same guidelines above.
