Axis SOAP engine program needed

I have a small online business and I ship my products are pallets.? The freight costs can vary siginificantly depending on location so I have been asking for my new customer's zipcode to give them a freight quote.? I would like to eliminate this step. I ship with Old Dominion Freight Lines and they offer a program that I believe bypasses this step.? Implementing this program, though, is beyond my ability. Here is what I want... I want an interested buyer who is browsing my website to be able find out how much it will cost him or her for the freight.? From what I understand, this program does this. It is difficult for me to know the extent of this little project and I would appreciate speaking with anyone who would be interested in helping me out.?
