Basic web site with online ordering

We are a hosted VoIP provider, we are looking to create a new brand with a website which allows people to order office pbx systems through us, as well as Internet access, and a combo of the two. We would like a nice, clean and simple site which reflects our offerings and allows people to submit an order. We already have a merchant account and backend tools, we will also have a address verification tool which can be placed on the site to verify the broadband options in real time provided by one of our carriers. We will need a set of pages which will have the following sections: Home - will contain basic info and current promotions Telephone -(sub sections) SIP Trunking, PBX Phone Service, Hosted Phone Service, Coverage areas Internet - (sub sections) ADSL, SDSL, T1, Check for coverage Wholesale - (sub sections) SIP FAQ/911 Somewhere on all the pages, a link to live sales help. A logo will need to be created for the site. We will want people to be able to order a combination of items, ie. 5 PBX Phone Lines, with a T1 for Internet access, and choose how many numbers they want in each city. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We run on Apache systems, and MySql backend's currently, but would be open to other options if you feel it brings something to the table.
