Bought a domain from godaddy, and pointed it at my vps, which I installed zpanel on (no not cpanel zpanel) and set up the dns zones, as well as the domain but not working!

Bought a domain from godaddy, and pointed it at my vps, which I installed zpanel on (no not cpanel zpanel) and set up the dns zones, as well as the domain but still not working! I think there is either an issue with the zpanel script, in which case I would like it fixed so I can set up other domains, or there is an error somewhere in the records. I need this fixed TODAY!!!!
