Build Backend Administration Site

We have a counseling company that uses the a flash based Webchat to chat with clients. We need two admin sites built: 1) Counselors/Experts Backend- Site that lets them edit their profile (name, bio), recieve and respond to messages from customers, what their cost per minute is, how much money they've earned, who they've chatted with & archive of all chats to each person, list of clients they have talked with, connect, track and interface with our flash based chat software 2) Customers/Clients Backend -- Site that lets them edit their profile (name, bio), recieve and respond to messages from conselors and respond to messages, see what experts they've chatted with and save there favorite conselors, how much they've been charged (billing history), history of all chat logs with conselors they have used; customers will not be able to chat through this site but can click and it will pull up our userplane chatting window... Please only respond if you have a history of working with sites written in PHP and SQL Server; excellent english communication skills is a must. You must show us strong examples of previous work. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
