Burning Software

Create Karaoke MP3 (music file) + CDg (graphics file) burning software to CDR. Karaoke files are made up of MP3 music and CDg graphics files that play in unison together when played on a Karaoke player. A karaoke Player has the ability to play MP3 music and display the graphics onscreen (TV) via a video feed from the player to the TV. Our website, [login to view URL], is an ecommerce site that sells these products to customers around the world. We require an all-in-one software solution to MP3 and CDG burning. The end user should be able to burn CDG/MP3 files or BIN files using any MMC/DA096 compatible drive to copy both the mp3 and CDG files to hard disc. A copy of both the MP3 and CDG files are attached. We also require a custom webpage design that would be fully functional with this burning software. We can provide an example of the web design required. The software would be the sole ownership of [login to view URL] and would only be redistributable under our copyright of the software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Software Burner should work under Windows Vista/XP/2000. It should also work under Windows 98/ME. The website design should be compatible with the latest version of PHP.
