Business Networking Website Project

Today is the boom of Business Networking Websites and so we are looking for a talented programmer who will program our business networking website like Linkedin, Biznik, FastPitch with integration of good Content Management System to make it more effective with Registration, Login Management, Profile Management, Subscription Management (Paypal integration). Since we are a design company, the designing of the website is done and we are looking for a coder who will be responsible for the programming and back end management. Note.: I have limited resourses for this project. Its a good industry and we are looking for a coder who is ready to be in the team and charge for this project a economical price or be partners and take profit share (30%-50%) of this business. This will help the coder to obtain a great source of income of course in Dollars. Only freelancer coders are welcome to place the bid. No companies will be entertained. We will be handling the online and offline marketing. If you have anything to discuss or any doubts, feel free to revert back. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
