Buttons/Icons design(repost)

Hi All I need a few Icons developed for a web site. I have attached a file with the source for the page CSS and images plus a jpg that I have done to show where I need the icons/buttons the icons need to be small and portray the following: Risk Register Formal Risk Assesment Training Action Plan Development Referred to Reference Group There may be other later. Of cause the Icons can't actually say the word as they must fit in te area but could have an acronym or a simple small image. The actual text can be in the ALT tag for the image. I will be clicking on the icons to link to the attached file. Some entries in the site will have no icons while others may have all the icons depending on the status of the item so all 5 icons/buttons must be able to fit. I would also like them done ASAP but one week would be OK. Please charge more to achive this time frame if you need to. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
