This project is for the CSS coding and implementation of a SEO friendly content management system of a new site design for http://www.rebuild.org. We already have the site redesigned in PSD form ready to be coded by the winning bidder into CSS. You can view the new proposed design here.. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] When complete, the site must validate for valid html and CSS at the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site coding should be compatable with IE 6+, Firefox and Safari Points to note: - tab navigation is to show different coloured text on mouse rollover - Added news is to be broken down into specific categories and added to relevant pages - I should be able to create different page titles to to the story title, add unique description and keywords. There should be an automatic sitemap generator installed and set up correctly - In txt, .xml and .html forms. - New articles should also be added to an xml feed for visitors and other sites to use. - Add social bookmarking functions and ping main bookmarking sites when a new article is added. - Add most recent related articles to each newly added article ??" along with 5 most recent articles [10 total, can duplicate]. These articles should be fixed and not change when new items are added. - transfer of all content that is on site to new template design. - Code the contact us form with spam defence [your choice] - there is also a new section being added to the site at the bottom of the new homepage for 'rates by states, here [login to view URL] I will provide the content for these pages to be added to the site. - All current content needs to be swapped over to new site design. All urls of current pages MUST match the new design. Current pages could be added to database or remain static when transferred over ??" you should state which option you will implement.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
