We recently purchased <[login to view URL]> .
We are a hosting provider and this system would allow us to set up a helpdesk for each of our resellers.
Our hosting system is designed that we have a number of reseller and each of these resellers have a number of end-users.
Each reseller would have a helpdesk running Cerberus. When an end-user visits the reseller's helpdesk, he should be able to log in without registered an account with the helpdesk. This should be done by using our hosting Control Panel API (<[login to view URL]>) to check if that end-user exists, if the password is correct and whether his account exists under that reseller. If so, it would automatically create that end-users account under Cerberus for that helpdesk. You can achieve this by designing your own login page or customize Cerberus's code
Another modification needed is that there should be a special admin page. Through this admin page, it would show all helpdesks with pending tickets, see how many tickets are pending, and what is the average age of the tickets submitted. A link to log into that helpdesk should also be provided.
