Change hosting

I am changing hosts. I have two domains currently on my old host. I would like both domains to be transferred to my new host and the following work performed: First domain: 1. Set up the domain pointing so that this domain name is correctly pointing to the correct folders within the hosting account. 2. Install the latest version of wordpress on my hosting account. 3. Install a new wordpress theme to my brand new wordpress install (link to theme to be provided). 4. Transfer all the posts, images, themes & add-ons that are on my old wordpress to the new wordpress. 5. Make sure everything is working & fix anything that doesn't work. Second domain: 1. Set up the domain pointing in the new hosting account so that this domain name is correctly pointing to the correct folders within the hosting account. 2. Transfer the oscommerce database and the associated phplist database & livechat database and all files from the old host to the new host. 3. Troubleshoot the current error messages that are popping up on the website (example: **Warning: include(includes/boxes/[login to view URL]) [[login to view URL]]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory )** 4. Make sure everything is working & fix anything that doesn't work. Pls give this job your priority. I think my current hosting will soon expire & I don't want to renew it - so you will need to work relatively quickly before the current hosting expires. I need someone who can do this properly for me, with limited hand-holding. Pls don't mess it up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform
