Character recognition(hand written letters) Using Matlab programming

Hi, i need a coder to design code for hand written image character recognition using MATLAB software. character includes text (A-Z,0_9). and also need the details of code with comments. i mean which filters you used for this code. in this request i need code of matlab in which there is a jpg image which includes the hand written text the code will recognize the characters and convert it into text word form. any question can be asked after that. thanks
