Client Side System Tray Application(repost)

I need a small application built that has 2 parts. 1 part resides in the System Tray, and has configurable options for the application. Its main purpose is monitoring the users Outlook .pst file, and when changes are made to the users contacts, it sync those contacts into an online PHP driven service. This can be elabored on more after bid is accepted. The 2nd part, consists of integrating a menu into the os's alternate click (mouse right click) menu. This menu's purpose is to allow the user to alternate click any text on the screen, or highlight and alternate click it, and when the alternate click menu comes out, there is a menu option, with a submenu that allows the user to either 1) choose to dial this number -- which sends a command to a .php page, or 2) to add this number/name to an online contacts, which essentially also posts the highlighted/clicked text to another .php url. There are more future goals to this project, so the developer will need to either write extremely clean code, or be willing to continue work on it over the course of time, and will be paid for their continued efforts. A screenshot is attached to give individuals an idea as to what I'm shooting for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98/2000/XP/2003 Session's portion must support IE5.5+ and 1.0+ of Mozilla
