This project involves a basic static site, the typical pages of a small business starting out on the web. We have over one thousand spices, coffee's and Tea's that we want to show. We can import our own pictures and copy. All we are looking for is a template that is in HTML format, not a .PSD file that we have to deal with. If we can get one real nice file that we can change ourselves as far as the pictures and copy that would be fine. Logo image would need to be set with a 150 X 150 Px size. We would like a top banner for our logo set on the left and some kind of a mixture of spices, coffee and teas in the banner behind our logo. You will have to insert a plce for a search box for the site, but it does not have to be functional as we have purchased our own search engine.

We want the site to be in a 800 X 600 format that will expand to a full viewing of larger screens.
We want the menu to be on the left side of the page.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
