We have a project that is almost complete - was being done by a coder and we have been notified that he was in a bad car accident this last weekend and is in critical condition so will not be able to continue. We need someone that is VERY good at VBA - This is a inventory management program with Quote, work order, and shipping system.
We have a couple of sections left to complete, packing slips, finish debugging the quote, sales, repair and exchange forms and then we will be completing the inventory management and integrating some data with Quicken.
We would like to take this in steps so we don't overwhelm anyone but this project is behind and time is very important so don't bid if you don't have the time to complete in a timely manner.
Our first step will be to have the new coder finish debugging the forms and add the packing slips.
We will provide you with the current program as well as a past version so you can see what this version is based on.
Time is important but we need someone that is very good at VBA - Access database - VB 6.0 (old program) so they can learn the program quickly and be able to complete quickly.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
