Connection Problem with Peer 2 Peer Software.(repost)(repost)(repost)

Hi l need my p2p software connection problem fixed. It is made with Visual Basic. VB6 l think. lt was connecting perfectly. lt is connecting on some computers, but not on others. lt should just connect without having to change port settings or anything like that. May need new p2p ip addresses added to it. Once fixed the new version would need to be uploaded to my website.
