Create Access Database Scheme & Comma Delimited Text Files(repost)

HI! I need someone to take my Access database (about 5 tables) and create a database scheme document that lists all the fields and their datatypes. Does Access do this automatically? I think it does, but I cannot remember how to. Also, need you to take each table and create comma delimited text files in ascii format. THANKS!
