Customize osc shipping module

There are two parts to this project. part one. i like my customers to select on a state or enter their zip code on the mainpage before they can search on my products. if they selected on a state/zip that i cannot operate in i like to show them a message. i will be responsible of coming up with a list of zip that i can or cannot operate in. part two i like to categorize my products to which state that product can ship to. i like the search engine to display only the products i can ship to. here's a use case. say i am selling productA, productB and productC. I can ship productA, productB to NY,CA, productC only to NY. A buyer, John comes to the site and enters his zip code and he is from New York. The search engine will show productA, productB and productC. Sally comes to the site she is from CA, the search engine will only show productA and productB. We would need to create a new category for location and categorize the products. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux, osc, mysql
