Seeking a developer or developers to work on atleast one project detailed below. We’re on a short time-line, and the overall system to be built includes many features - but we're not talking about anything too terribly complicated here.

We're looking for professional, qualified developer(s), and not someone who only knows how to work around existing code or only install off-the-shelf applications. Several aspects of either project may require extensive code written from scratch, and we want problems solved without using any sort of "band-aid and chewing gum" approach.

We're also open to using any existing product as a foundation, in order to save time and resources where necessary.

**PROJECT OVERVIEW:**

This project will involve the development of a more comprehensive CMS system which includes several unique features for managing content and contributors. Platform (ASP/.NET/PHP) and database (mySQL or MS-SQL) doesn't matter, but future extensibility does. Give us the best recommendation.

Developer(s) must be very knowledgeable in the following areas:

* CMS applications

* User friendly administrative and contributor features

* Permissions/security and related exploit issues and how to avoid them

* Search engine friendly URLs and other SEO concerns

* Advanced WYSIWYG editing for contributors, including image uploading, resizing and positioning

* Exporting to any delimitted format

* Server configuration and/or the ability to recommend third-party data-center services (dedicated or colocated servers) with qualified IT staffing

* All types of redundency, mirroring and extensibility solutions (such as RAID, scheduled backups, replication threads, automated DSN or site mirror switching, server farms, etc.)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Platform (ASP/.NET/PHP) and database (mySQL or MS-SQL) doesn't matter, but future extensibility does. Give us the best recommendation.
