DBF file to mySQL

This project will have three phases:

Phase 1 involves syncing a table in dbf format with a table in mysql. The table is a product table in a shopping cart. There are 15 fields.

I 'm willing to consider different methods for accomplishing the goal. We could use a secure page, where you login and then press an update button, or maybe even a live update. Products are usually updated about once every two weeks.

The second phase of this project will involve repeating the same task for a couple of other tables and possibly adding functions to the admin interface.

The third phase will involve outputting the products using PHP

- in categories and

- by keywords found in the product descriptions.

Probably I only want to purchase phase 1 right now, but that also depends on what you are offering.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
