Database Creation (MS Access/OpenOffice)

Grretings, I need a basic database created in MS Access and/or OpenOffice (some of my computers don't have Access installed). Look and ease of use would be helpful - I don't like clutter. Reports generated are to be determined at this time, but figure on 3 of them. Labels (for mailings) will need to be provided as well. I reserve the right to end bidding upon accepted price/time etc. for this autction. Work Info: Job history, (room for many comments) Monthly Income: Other income: Preferences: Price Range: Cost/Month (payment total): Contact Date: Follow-Up Date: /END Data Fields Ok, this is basically it. The database might be upgraded in the future into a more comprehensive database - whomever is awarded this will get first option to do any upgrades in the future. This is nothing difficult and someone who knows how to program easily should have this finished within an hour or two tops.
