Database merge and page rewrite

I have two adult sites using identical (in form) data but two seperate databases. The sites and coding have been developed piecemeal over time by a number of different coders. It is now time for the sites to be merged and optimised for their continued growth and useability. To summarize the work:- The pages must be optimised to work in IE5+ & FireFox. Merge the two databases that are attached to the sites. Provide a one click/scheduled backup facility for all the data. An automated version of Changelog must cover every aspect of the pages both Star & DVD. All the backoffice pages would benefit from a redesign and a common navigation bar. Membership function with login benefits/restrictions. Rewrite for new page designs, page designs are ready and can be previewed on application. Provide a forum using phpbb? ([login to view URL]) or something similar and a DVD auction/swop shop using Phpauction Classifieds? ([login to view URL]) or something similar. The definitions outlined in the details section are the functions that are working at present with requests for changes or improvements. I can understand anyone coming back to me and suggesting a full rewrite. As I have said, the sites have been written over time with additions bolted on as they were needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
